53. Cincinnati Bengals – Grady Jarrett, DT, Clemson
Jarrett is a sleeper no more. He’ll fit in very nicely opposite Geno Atkins.
54. Detroit Lions – Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio St.
Reggie – you love this one.
55. Arizona Cardinals – Denzel Perryman, LB, Miami
One of my draft crushes provides value and need for the Cards at 55.
56. Pittsburgh Steelers – Nate Orchard, OLB, Utah
Orchard has Pittsburgh written all over him.
57. Carolina Panthers – Devin Funchess, WR, Michigan
The Panthers have the biggest starting WR duo in the league. The question will be if either one can catch the ball with consistency.
58. Baltimore Ravens – Ronald Darby, CB, FSU
Darby’s another fast riser that worries me a bit. He’ll be an intriguing option for the Ravens at the end of round 2.
59. Denver Broncos – Carl Davis, DT, Iowa
The Broncos continue to get tougher in the trenches with this selection.
60. Dallas Cowboys – Stephone Anthony, LB, Clemson
Anthony is too good of a value for the Boys to pass on at this point.
61. Indianapolis Colts – Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
One of my favorite players in the draft falls into a perfect situation. He should get an opportunity to start very early.
62. Green Bay Packers – Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi St.
The Packers would have to be ecstatic if they could land McKinney at the end of round 2.
63. Seattle Seahawks – Ali Marpet, OG, Hobart
It was Marpet vs. Tomlinson for this pick. Marpet’s versatility won the day for Pete Carroll’s squad.
64. New England Patriots – Gabe Wright, DT, Auburn
I don’t know about the fit but he would be an intriguing option for the Pats at the end of round 2.
