Luck to Indy is set but now where does RGIII land?

The top 20 of the 2012 NFL Draft has been (almost) finalized.  With the Giants/Cowboys winner getting the 4th seed, the loser would be out of the playoffs and into the field of 20 non-playoff teams.  Enough talking, here’s the first 20 picks of the 2012 NFL Draft:
