Great list. Clearly carefully assembled. Many big boards almost read like consensus boards and are far too “safe” sounding.

Obviously everyone’s rankings are different, and too many to fit into 100 places, but a few hand picked guys not listed that would make mine:

Ryan Otten, TE, San Jose State: My 3rd ranked tight end, great size and all round skill set.
Zach Martin, OT, Notre Dame: It seems some aren’t keen on him, but only allowed 1 sack all year 1st week against Navy. Locked down the blind side all year long.
Larry Warford, Kentucky & Zach Fulton, Tennesee, OG: Two guards who I particularly love to watch destroy DLinemen!
Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt: Not likely to declare but he’s a high 2nd rounder for me.

Isaiah Lewis, S, Michigan State: I can’t go without throwing in a Michigan State defender, seems I’m always raving about one of their guys! Lewis is another I’m big on.

So, what about the spanner in the works that is Tyrann Mathieu? Does his off field problems keep him outside the 100 or do you think he’ll be added later now that he has declared?

Otten was right outside my top 100. I like Martin but not as much as you do. He’s probably going to be a top 200 guy. Larry Warford is like Otten, just outside top 100. He has been in and out of my top 100 and once declarations come and some of these guys fall off, he’ll be back in. I’m a Jordan Matthews fan. Very underrated but I held off on some guys that I’ve personally heard were staying in school and he falls into that category. Lewis was a guy that I was really high on coming into the season but have fallen out of love with him. He wasn’t as impactful this season as last and I think he’s best served coming back for his senior season. Mathieu is a guy that will be on the top 100 once juniors declare. He is sitting right outside, literally at 101. His off the field stuff along with the fact that he’s limited to playing slot/nickel role in the NFL hurts him a bit. Ultimately, I see him coming off the board in the 3rd.

I think Werner is tad to high, but beside that great 100 hundred board!

    • bradc11

No love for Werner. He’s going in the top 10 of this draft. Gets miscast as just high motor type when in reality he’s as athletic as any of the true 4-3 DE’s. Guy is solid in all aspects of the game.

      • Duncan

Its not that I don’t like Werner because I do but I think that Moore and Jordan have a higher ceiling than him and that they are better picks.

Thanks for pointing that out Jerome.
