Kyle Van Noy emerged this season as one of the top linebackers in the country. One could make the case that he was the most impactful linebacker in the country including Manti Te’o.
Van Noy was a long shot to declare for the draft as BYU players typically stay in school all four years. Now, we can confirm that he will be staying in school per a College Football Talk report.
Van Noy racked up 13 sacks, 22 tackles for loss, 6 forced fumbles, and 2 interceptions in 2012. He was anything but a one year wonder as he posted 6 sacks, 15 tackles for loss and 3 interceptions as a sophomore.
The 6-foot-3, 235 pound LB will be one of the top players to watch in 2013 and could emerge as a top ten pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
